The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B.L. Perkins.
The postponed request from Sanford Landing for a variance on Bldg. #29 was
cancelled by the proponent. They moved the building in question and no
variance is needed.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

• Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance as follows:
Rear yard setback requirements in PUD zoned district. A variance of 10 ft.
is needed.
Legal description: Lot 39, Ramblewood.
Property location 177 Wildwood Drive.
The planned use of the property is screened patio.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Pak was present and had a plot plan showing the intended screened addition.
After discussion Mr. White moved to approve the variance. Mr. Blair seconded.
Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
