Philips Bob Karns Others Present: Leah Rogers, Zoning Inspector The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B.L. Perkins. The postponed request from Sanford Landing for a variance on Bldg. #29 was cancelled by the proponent. They moved the building in question and no variance is needed. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 • Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as follows: Rear yard setback requirements in PUD zoned district. A variance of 10 ft. is needed. Legal description: Lot 39, Ramblewood. Property location 177 Wildwood Drive. The planned use of the property is screened patio. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Charles Pak - Owner Mr. Pak was present and had a plot plan showing the intended screened addition.
