The regular scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment could not be
called to order for business because of lack of a q uorum.
The request from Sanford Landing Apartments, Ltd. was represented by Robert
M. Bobinchuck and there was informal discussion regarding the situation of
Building #29 of the Sanford Landing Apt. at 1800 W. First St. The plan
which was presented for the permit was different from the approved plan, so
a variance of 10 ft. is needed to place the building on the property.
Mrs. Richter, owner of the adjacent property on the west, was present with her
attorney, Ken McIntosh, and he explained that there is a question regarding
• property lines and he was working to get the question resolved. Without
certain proof of property lines, the Board of Adjustment would not be able
to consider a variance.
It was agreed by everyone present that the request would be dismissed and
considered at the next regular meeting on Sept. 24, 1982 at 11:30 A.M.
