The Board of Adjustment meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. to consider
the following requests:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance as follows:
Side yard setback requirements in RMOI Zoned District. A variance of 10' is
needed.
Legal description: The N. 118 ft. of the W. 223 ft. of Lot 6 and S. 200 ft. of
• the W. 223 ft. of Lot 7, Blk X, Fl Land & Colonization Map of St. Gertrude
Addition, PB 1, Pg 113.
Property location: 309 -321 Mangoustine Ave.
The planned use of the property is Medical Center. (Triple County Medical Center)
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Dr. Wing was present to represent the request, along with Phil Daimwood, Architect.
It was pointed out that if the building were to be moved to allow the required
setback, the driveway would not be in line with the hospital drive and the plans
were drawn up on information that a 10' setback was required.
After consideration and reviewing the plans, Mr. White moved to approve the variance
on the stipulation that a letter be obtained from the neighbor on the south, saying
she is not opposed to the variance. (Letter attached) Mr. Karns seconded. Motion
carried.

The planned use of the property is canopy for gas pumps.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Rorrer was present to represent the request for Lil' Champ and his attorney,
Frank Whigham. He explained that the Planning & Zoning Commission had approved
the conditional use of the gasoline pumps and the variance is needed to cover the
pumps. A site plan will be presented to the P & Z Board for approval at a later
date.
After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the canopy. Mr. Philips seconded.
Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

request of ten feet for TRIPLE COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER, INC.'s
property on Mangoustine Avenue.
