Bob Karns Garnett White Members Absent: Larry Blair Others Present: Leah Rogers, Zoning Inspector The meeting was called to order at 11:30 by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The following request was submitted: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as follows: 1111 Side yard setback requirements in SR -1 Zoned District. A variance of 7 is needed, making it 0' setback. Legal description: Lot 7, Twenty West, PB 16, Pg 36. Property location, 2102 Hartwell Ave. The planned use of the property is storage shed. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Clay Hartsoe, Owner Mr. Hartsoe was present and said he wants to erect a roof over an area between the house and two existing walls and enclose it with a third wall. There was discussion on the 0' setback and it was the opinion of the board that a variance could not be granted by the Board of Adjustment in such a case and an opinion should be requested from the Attorney, and if he determines it is a case for this board, it would be discussed at the next meeting on July 23, 1982.
