Philips Garnett White Members Absent: Robert Karns Larry Blair Others Present: Leah Rogers, Zoning Inspector The Board of Adjustment had a scheduled meeting to consider the following request: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in re- questing variance in the Zoning Ordinance as follows: III Front yard setback requirements in a GC -2 zoned district. A variance of 13.5 feet on front side facing 17 -92. Legal description: attached Property location: 4103 Orlando Dr. The planned use of the property is Convenience Store with self- service gas pumps. Any consideration given in this request will be appreciated. Signed: Rich Hall C/0 Southland Corp. 5500 Diplomat Circle Suite 105 Orlando, FL 32810 Mr. Hall was present to represent the request and he explained the pumps would be setback 20 ft. from the property and the variance was for the canopy cover to go over the 3 dispensers. He also explained that the pre- sent curb cuts would be removed and 135 ft. curb cut on each parcel. Mr. Garnet White was afraid that the adjacent property owner might develop that piece of property and it might block the view from the corner. Mr. Hall said the property is too small to develop and they could not meet their setbacks. Mr. White moved to approve the variance. Mr. Philips seconded. Motion III carried. of Sanford, Notir,/ P. 0. A variance of 15 ft. is needed. Legal description: Lot 8, Blk 1, Meisch's Subd., PB 3, PG 84 Propert location: 1601 W. 10th St. The planned use of the property is to add a utility room on the rear of the house. • Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Thomas 1601 W. 10th St. Sanford, FL 32771 Mr. Gainies and Mrs. Thomas were present to represent the request and ex- plained the addition (10 ft.) was for utility room to be added on the rear part of the house.
