Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment met to consider the postponed item from April 9, 1982
for the following request:
Board of Adjustment
City Hall
Sanford, FL 32771
Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance as follows:
Side yard setback requirements in SR -1 zoned district. A variance of 10 ft.
• on 10th St. side and 1.5 ft. on north side of house.
Legal description: S i Lot 4, Blk 11, Tr B, Town of Sanford, PB 1, Pg 56
Property location - 920 Pine Ave. The planned use of the property is single
family residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Anderson was present at the meeting to represent the request.
After consideration the board members decided that it would be better to place
the house in the center of the lot which would give the needed setback on the
north side of the house and granted a 62 ft. variance on the 10th St. side.
Motion by Mr. White to grant a 62 ft. variance. Mr. Karns seconded. Motion
carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
