Philips Robert Karns Others Present: Leah Rogers, Zoning Inspector The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as follows: Rear yard setback requirements in MR -1 zoned district. A variance of 9 ft. is • needed. Legal description: S. 117.23 ft. of N. 1629.54 ft. of W 100 ft. of E 125 ft. Sec. 2, Twp 20 S, Rge 30 E. Property location: 2530 Georgia Ave. The planned use of the property is a duplex dwelling. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Merle Price Homes, Inc.for R.
