The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance as follows:
Rear yard setback requirements in MR -1 zoned district. A variance of 9 ft. is
• needed.
Legal description: S. 117.23 ft. of N. 1629.54 ft. of W 100 ft. of E 125 ft.
Sec. 2, Twp 20 S, Rge 30 E.
Property location: 2530 Georgia Ave.
The planned use of the property is a duplex dwelling.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

After consideration Mr. White moved to grant the variance. Mr. Blair seconded.
Motion carried.
The item postponed from the last meeting was postponed until Friday, April 23,
1982. There was no proponent present.
