The Board of Adjustment had a scheduled meeting to consider the following
request:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance as follows:
• Side yard setback requirements in SR -1 zoned district. A variance of 10 ft.
on 10th St. side and 1.5 ft. on north side of house.
Legal description: S. i Lot 4, Blk 11, Tr B, Town of Sanford, PB 1, Pg 56
Property location - 920 Pine Ave.
The planned use of the property is single family residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
