The Board of Adjustment met at 11:30 A.M. to consider the following request:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance as follows:
Front yard setback requirements in SR -1 Zoned District. A variance of 4 ft.
• is needed.
Legal description: Lot 30, Blk 3, Palm Terrace, PB 4, Pg 82
Property location: 2536 Poinsetta Ave.
The planned use of the property is addition of room.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. & Mrs. Vitello were present to represent the above request. After dis-
cussion, Mr. Karns moved to approve the 4 ft. variance. Mr. Philips seconded.
Motion carried.
