The Board of Adjustment met at 11:30 A.M. to consider the following:

Gentlemen:
• I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as follows:
Side yard setback requirements in MR -1 Zoned District.
A variance of 12 ft. is needed on each side.
Legal description: E. 50 ft. of W. 100 ft. of N. 120 ft. of Lot 23,
Robinson's Survey of an Addition to Sanford, PB 1, Pg 93.
Property location: 1113 W. 10th St.
The planned use of the property is a S/F dwelling. Any consideration
given this request will be appreciated.
Signed: Mary F. Leonard Owner
Mrs. Leonard was present to represent the request and explained they want
to have the building line conform to the others on the street. She sub-
mitted a letter signed by owners of property on either side stating they
have no objection to the dwelling or the variance. She explained it will
be a frame house with roof sloping to the side. After discussion, Mr. White
moved to grant the variance. Mr. Karns seconded. Motion carried.

Property location: 1003 Mulberry Ave.
The planned use of the property is to add a room.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. & Mrs. Ross were present to represent the request and explained the
addition is upstairs with a closed stairway. There is an empty lot on
one side and Mrs. Ross' mother owns the property on the other side.
After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve. Mr. Karns seconded. Motion
• carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
