Philips Others Present: Leah Rogers, Zoning Inspector The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. with three members present. The first item for consideration was the following: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as follows: • Side yard setback requirements in GC -2 Zoned District. A variance of 10 ft. is needed. Legal description: East 51 ft. of S. 42 ft. of Lot 8 of Robinson's Survey of an addition to Sanford, P.B. 1, Pp 92 & 93 of Public Records of Seminole County, FL and Begin at the SE cor. of Lot 8 of Robinson's Survey of an Add. to Sanford, PB 1 Pp 92 & 93 of Public Records of Seminole County, FL thence run S 140 ft, thence W 51 ft, thence N. 140 ft to the S line of said Lot 8, (being 51 ft. W. of the SE cor. thereof) thence E 51 ft. along the S line of Lot 8 to beginning (being the E. 51 ft. of Lot 11 as shown on Plat of Robinson's Survey of an Addn. to Sanford, PB D, Pg 6, Orange County Records) Property location: 1700 W. 13th St. The planned use of the property is for an addition to a church. Any consideration given theis request will be appreciated. Signed: Blanche Bell: Owner Mr. Charles Gramley was present to represent the request. There was discussion on the drainage and Mr. Gramley said they would comply with any condition to assure the drainage does not go onto the property to the west. Mr. White moved to approve the variance subject to the west side being guttered with the water running to the front. Mr. Karns seconded. Motion carried.
