The Board of Adjustment met at 11:30 A.M. to consider the following request:

Sanford, FL 32771
Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance as follows:
Rear yard setback requirements in PUD zoned district. A variance of six (6) ft.
is needed.
• Legal description: Lot 41, Ramblewood, according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in PB 23, Pgs 7 & 8 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
Property location : 181 Wildwood Drive, Sanford, FL
The planned use of the property is: Porch addition.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Ashley was present to represent the request, postponed from the meeting of
August 28, 1981 because of lack of a quorum. Mr. Ashley said the neighbors have
stated they have no objection.
Mr. Karns moved to approve the variance. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
