Phillips Others Present: Leah Rogers The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, B.L. Perkins. The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in re- 1111 questing variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to the side and front setback requirements in the MR -2 Zoned District. Legal description: Lot 10, Blk 12, TR 4, Town of Sanford, PB 1, PG 59 Property location 1015 Oak Ave. The planned use of the property is a duplex. Signed: John Holloway Mr. Holloway was present and explained to the board members where the variance was needed for the proposed duplex. It was determined that a variance of 6.4' was required on the corner side where 15' if required. Also a 5' front yard variance was needed to meet the 25' frontyard set- back in a MR -2 zoned district. Mr. White moved to approved the variance and Mr. White seconded. Motion carried.
