Official The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as follows: Side yard setback requirements in RC -1 Zoned District. A variance of 13 ft. is needed. • Legal description: Attached Property location: Corner of 17 -92 & Katherine Ct. (2209 French Ave.) The planned use of the property is three (3) rental stores. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Owners: Troy & Patsy Fairfield Mr. Fairfield was present to represent the request and offered a letter from Mr. & Mrs. Edward Lachtara who own residential property next to the property the variance is needed for, expressing they have no objection. The metes and bounds description of said property is described as follows: Begin 150 feet South of Southeast corner intersection 17 & 92 and run Col Way run South 91.5 feet parallel to 17 & 92 Bast 150 feet North 91...E feet West 150 feet to Point of Beginning, Block 8:, HIGHLAND PARK, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat- . Book 4, page 28, of the Public Records of Seminole County,; Florida.
