The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance as follows:
Side yard setback requirements in RC -1 Zoned District. A variance of 13 ft.
is needed.
• Legal description: Attached
Property location: Corner of 17 -92 & Katherine Ct. (2209 French Ave.)
The planned use of the property is three (3) rental stores.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
Owners: Troy & Patsy Fairfield
Mr. Fairfield was present to represent the request and offered a letter from
Mr. & Mrs. Edward Lachtara who own residential property next to the property
the variance is needed for, expressing they have no objection. (Letter attached)
Mr. Karns moved to approve the variance. Mr. White seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Gentlemen:
This letter is in regard to the Public Notice in which Tracy
Fairfield has requested a 13 foot side yard variance next to
om7 property which is zoned residential. The metes and bounds
description of said property is described as follows:
Begin 150 feet South of Southeast corner intersection
17 & 92 and run Col Way run South 91.5 feet parallel
to 17 & 92 Bast 150 feet North 91...E feet West 150
feet to Point of Beginning, Block 8:, HIGHLAND PARK,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat-
. Book 4, page 28, of the Public Records of Seminole
County,; Florida.
Wefeel Mr. Fairfield's request is reasonable and we have no
objection to his request for a variance on the side yard set
back he has requested.

Sanford will hold a regular scheduled meeting on July 10, 1981 in
the City Hall at 11:30 A.M. in order to consider a request for a
variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to side and setback

Beginning on the ELY R.O.W. of French Ave. 241.4' S. of the N. line of
Lot 1, Blk. 8 of Highland Park, run S. 60' to S. line of Lot 5, Blk 8,
Highland Park; thence SELY along S. line of Lot 5, Blk 8 72.85' to W.
line of 10 -ft. alley; thence NELY along W. line of said alley 63.72'
to a point which is 107' E. of ELY R.O.W. of French Ave.; thence N. 20';
thence W. 107' to POB; AND ALSO from the intersection of the N. line of
