The meeting was called to order by the Vice - Chairman, Robert Karns in the
absence of B. L. Perkins, Chairman.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
• variance in the Zoning Ordinance as follows:
Side yard setback requirements in MR -1 zoned district. A variance of 12 ft.
is needed.
Legal description: Lot 119, Woodruff's Subdivision
Property location 2535 Magnolia Ave.
The planned use of the property is open carport.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

After discussion, Mr. White moved to grant the variance. Mr. Blair seconded.
Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
