The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request:

City Hall
Sanford, FL
Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to rear yard setback require-
ments in MR -1 Zoned District.
Legal description: S. 140' of Tract of land beginning 200' W. of S.E. corner
of NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of 36 -19 -30 W. 100'
Property location 2105 Park Ave.
• The planned use of the property is addition of carport.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

This item had been tabled from the previous meeting because of a lack of a
quorum. There was not a quorum present at this meeting but after a short
discussion with the representative for Dr. Runge, it was apparent that the
Board of Adjustment could not act on the matter because it was a self- imposed
handicap and only the City Commission can make a determination.
There being no further business, and no present quorum, the attending members
were dismissed.
