Board of Adjustment
April 24, 1981

The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The first item for consideration was a letter submitted as follows:

Gentlemen;
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in re-
questing variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to side yard
11111 setback requirements in SR -1 zoned district.
Legal description Lot 8, Blk F, Country Club Manor, Unit 2, PB 11, Pg 100.
Property location 114 Mayfair Circle
The planned use of the property is open carport with a roof.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Buntin was present to represent the request and presented a letter
from the neighbor of the adjacent property stating they had no objection
to the variance requested. (Letter attached)
It was determined that a 21/2' variance was needed for the carport. After
discussion Mr. White moved to grant the variance. Mr. Karns seconded with
the stipulation that no water is spilled over on the neighbor's property.
Motion carried.
The next letter submitted for consideration:

yard setback requirements in MR -1 zoned district.
Legal description Lots 1, 29, 30, 33, 34,35, 42, 41, 40, 39, 38, 46 and
14, 47, Mayfair Villas, Sanford, Seminole County, Florida as recorded
in Plat Book 22, Pages 9 and 10.
Property location Mayfair Villas.

• The planned use of the property is single family residences.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Shoemaker was present and explained to the board members the problem
and pointed out that the variance was needed on the rear in order to allow
space for two parking spots on the front. A 5' variance needed for 12 lots.
It was pointed out also, that Lot 14, has a unique problem with a lift
station being at the back and so a 10' variance was needed on this par-
ticular lot.
Mr. White moved to grant the 5' variance on lots 1, 29, 30,33,34,35,
42,41,40,39,38,46,& 47 and a 10' variance on Lot 14. Mr. Karns seconded.
Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
