Perkins Larry Blair Others Present: Leah Rogers, Zoning Inspector The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following : Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in re- questing variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to front and rear yard setback requirements in MR -2 zoned district. Legal description all of Blk 10, Tr 5, Town of Sanford, PB 1, Pg 59. • Property location 810 Oak Ave., All Souls Catholic Church. The planned use of the property is to add a second story of classrooms and library building. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Dianne L. Kramer Mrs. Kramer was present to show a plan of the proposed addition and new building and it was determined a 10.6' variance was needed on the front and a 4' variance on the side. The front yard variance was needed for the library building and the side yard variance was needed for the 2nd floor classroom addition. After discussion Mr. White moved to grant the variances needed. Mr. Karns seconded. Motion carried. - The next letter submitted for consideration: • Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen, I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to side and rear yard setbacks 110 in MR -1 zoned district. Legal description Lot 5, Blk 9, Tr 16 Property location 1303 W. 7th St. The planned use of the property is utility building. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Burch, Owner Mr. Burch was not present to represent the request and there were no plans available for the board members to look at. Mr. White moved to table the request until the next meeting, for lack of detail. Mr. Karns seconded. Motion carried. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. L.
