Philips Robert Karns Garnett White Members Absent: Larry Blair Others Present: Leah Rogers, Zoning Inspector The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to front yard setback requirements in MI -2 Zoned District. Legal description: (attached) Property location 1107 Airport Boulevard. The planned use of the property is to erect building. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. • Signed: LeRoy Robb - Agent for owner Mr. Robb was present with the owner, Mr. Blake to represent the request. After reviewing the plan it was determined that the legal description which was advertised was incomplete according to the site plan presented and half of the actual property the owner is proposing for building is Seaboard Coast- line property and even though the proponent had a copy of a 5 -yr. renewable lease for that portion, it was not included in the advertised legal. Mr. Karns moved to grant the variance of 4.89' on the front yard as advertised, subject to the determination of the City Attorney as to whether the legal must be readvertised before a legal determination can be made.
