The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request:

Gentlemen,
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in re-
questing variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to side yard
setback requirements in MR -2 Zoned District. Legal Description - Lots
11, 10, 9 & S 68' of Lot 8, Blk. 3, Fairview, PB 3, Pg 71. Property
location - 601 - 603 - 605 - 607 - 609 -611 -613 & 615 San Marcos. The planned
• use of the property is for two quarduplexes. Any consideration given
this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Fick was present to represent the request and to explain that the
property on the site plan approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission
was going to be divided because of financing, and because of the division,
a variance is needed on the side setback requirements.
After discussion, Mr. White moved to grant a 7.39' variance on the
northerly half on the south boundary and the north boundary of the s �
of the property (interior side yards between the two buildings). Mr. Karns
seconded. Motion carried.

Gentlemen,
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to rear yard setback require-
ments in the GC -2 zoned district. Legal description: Beginning at point 455.4
• ft. north and 25 ft. west of the intersection of the center line at First St.
and Holly Ave., run north 124', west 125', south 125', east 125' to the point
of beginning and Lot X, Lake Monroe Industrial Park. Property location, 220
N. Holly Avenue. The planned use of the property is Warehouse. Any consideration
given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Robert O'Neil was present to represent the request. It was determined
that a variance of 14.7' was needed for the required 15' rear setback for
proposed building. (A zero rear yard setback)
Mr. White moved to grant the required variance. Mr. Karns seconded. Motion
carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
