• The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Session in the City
Commission Chambers of the City Hall at 11:38 A.M. on November 11, 1999
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman
Ruth Stamm
Karl Stairs
Members Absent: Sylvia Smith - excused
Barbara Knowles - excused
Others Present: Charles Rowe - Dir. Community Dev.
Arlene Rumbley, Administrative Secretary
The meeting was called to order at 11:38 A.M. by the Chairman Larry Blair.

I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the
Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 1516 E. 2nd St.
Legal Description: Lots 13 & 14 Blk 5, Mayfair , as recorded in Sanford PB 3 PG 35, of the
Seminole County, Florida
Zoning Classification: SR1AA
FrontYard Setback Requirement: 25 ft
Present Setback: 13 ft
Variance Needed: 12ft
Front Side Yard Setback Requirement - 25ft
Present Setback: 20 ft
Variance Needed: 5'
The planned use of the property is to Install Aluminum Screen Room and existing encroachment
to Single family residence .
