Community Dev. Arlene Rumbley, Administrative Secretary The meeting was called to order at 11:38 A.M. by the Chairman Larry Blair. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 • Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 1516 E. 2nd St. Legal Description: Lots 13 & 14 Blk 5, Mayfair , as recorded in Sanford PB 3 PG 35, of the Seminole County, Florida Zoning Classification: SR1AA FrontYard Setback Requirement: 25 ft Present Setback: 13 ft Variance Needed: 12ft Front Side Yard Setback Requirement - 25ft Present Setback: 20 ft Variance Needed: 5' The planned use of the property is to Install Aluminum Screen Room and existing encroachment to Single family residence .
