• The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Session in the City
Commission Chambers of the City Hall at 11:30 A.M. on August 12, 1999
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman
Barbara Knowles
Ruth Stamm
Members Absent: Sylvia Smith - excused
Karl Stairs - excused
Others Present: Dan M. Florian, Acting Building Official

The meeting was called to order at 11:33 A.M. by the Chairman Larry Blair.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

for the variance for the front yard of 8.6, front side yard of 7' and the accessory building of 7'-41/2"
setback. Mr. Blair seconded the motion.
