HomeMy WebLinkAbout08121999 min MINUTES • The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at 11:30 A.M. on August 12, 1999 Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman Barbara Knowles Ruth Stamm Members Absent: Sylvia Smith - excused Karl Stairs - excused Others Present: Dan M. Florian, Acting Building Official Arlene Rumbley, Secretary The meeting was called to order at 11:33 A.M. by the Chairman Larry Blair. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 • Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 714 Meadow St.. Mr. Peterson was present and represented his case with the board. Ms. Knowles approved the request for the variance for the front yard of 8.6, front side yard of 7' and the accessory building of 7'-41/2" setback. Mr. Blair seconded the motion.
