• The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Session in the City
Commission Chambers of the City Hall at 11:30 A.M. on July 22, 1999
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman

The meeting was called to order at 11:33 A.M. by the Chairman Larry Blair.

Ms. Stamm made a motion to table the variance request until the next schedule meeting, the board
wanted the opportunity to go to the property and look at it again.. Ms. Knowles seconded.

The planned use of the property is to Add a closet on the second floor .

Mr. Kutz was present and represent his case. Mr. Kutz handed the board some letters from his
neighbors, that the neighbors did not have any objection to the variance. Mr. Kutz showed the board
pictures to let the board no what he is going do. He is going to build a closet on the 2nd tkig and
have columns on the bottom floor.
Mr. Stairs made a motion to approve the variance in the front yard of 6'. Ms. Stamm seconded.
Mr. Stairs made a motion to approve the variance in the side yard of 7.1' setback. Ms. Stamm
seconded.
