The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Session in the City
• Commission Chambers of the City Hall at 11:30 A.M. on March 11, 1999.
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman

Members Absent: Sylvia Smith- excused
Others Present: Dan Florian, Acting Building Official

The meeting was called to order at 11:40 A.M. by the Chairman Larry Blair.

I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the
Zoning Ordinance.

A, Evans Terrace, According to the plat thereof, as recorded in Sanford PB 4, PG 36 & PB 3, PG
29, of the Seminole County, Florida
Zoning Classification: MR -2
Front side Yard Setback Requirement: 25 ft
Present Setback: 15 ft
Variance Needed: 10ft
The planned use of the property is to erect an 2 - Car Attached Garage to a Single family residence.
