Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman Karl Stairs Ruth Stamm Carol Dennison Members Absent: Sylvia Smith- excused Others Present: Dan Florian, Acting Building Official Arlene Rumbley, Secretary The meeting was called to order at 11:40 A.M. by the Chairman Larry Blair. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. • Address: 2021 Park Av. Legal Description: Lot 4 (Less the West 5') Sanford, Terrace, Parcel 2 - The South 100.25' of Lot A, Evans Terrace, According to the plat thereof, as recorded in Sanford PB 4, PG 36 & PB 3, PG 29, of the Seminole County, Florida Zoning Classification: MR -2 Front side Yard Setback Requirement: 25 ft Present Setback: 15 ft Variance Needed: 10ft The planned use of the property is to erect an 2 - Car Attached Garage to a Single family residence.
