Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman Karl Stairs Sylvia Smith Carol Dennison Members Absent: Henry Sweet, Resigned Others Present: Dan Florian, Acting Building Official Arlene Rumbley, Secretary The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman Larry Blair. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the • Zoning Ordinance. Address: 102 W. Woodland Dr. Legal Description: Lot 57, South Pinecrest 2nd Addition, According to the plat thereof, as recorded in Sanford PB 10 PG 89, of the Seminole County, Florida Zoning Classification: SR -1 SideYard Setback Requirement: 7.5 ft Present Setback: 5.0 ft Variance Needed: 2.5ft The planned use of the property is to addition of screen enclosure on existing concrete slab. Address: 308 E. 13th St. Legal Description: The east 54ft of Lots 9 & 10, Blk 14, TR 1, except the north 30 ft of Lot 9, E.R. Traffords, Map of the Town of Sanford, According to the plat thereof as recorded in PB 1, Pages56 through 64 and pages 112,113,115,116 & 117, Public Records of Seminole County, Fl. Zoning Classification: GC -2 Side Yard Setback Requirement - On the North side 5.0 ft Present Setback: 3.71 ft Variance needed - 1.29 ft for the screen room Rear Yard Setback Requirement: On the North side 20 ft Present Setback: 18.5 ft Variance needed - 1.50 ft for the screen room Rear Yard Setback Requirement: On the South side 20 ft Present Setback: 15.5 ft • Variance needed: 4.5 ft for the closet addition The planned use of the property is to have a screen enclosure and closet addition.
