The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Session in the City
• Commission Chambers of the City Hall at 11:30 A.M. on May 28, 1998.
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman
Karl Stairs
Sylvia Smith
Members Absent: Carol Dennison
Henry Sweet
Others Present: Arlene Rumbley, Secretary
The meeting was called to order at 11:45 A.M. by the Chairman Larry Blair.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the
Zoning Ordinance.
• Address: 1001 Pine Av.
Legal Description: Lot 6 , Blk 12 , TR C, Town of Sanford, According to the plat thereof, as
recorded in Sanford PB 1 PG 56, of the Seminole County, Florida
Zoning Classification: SR -1
Front SideYard Setback Requirement: 25 ft
Present Setback: 81.5 ft
Variance Needed: 6.5ft
The planned use of the property is to erect an a Single family residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
