The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at
11:30 A.M. on May 14, 1998
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman
Sylvia Smith
Carol Dennison
Henry Sweet
Karl Stairs
Others Present: Dan Florian,Acting Building Official
Arlene Rumbley, Secretary
The meeting was called to order at 11:35 A.M. by the Chairman
Larry Blair.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

• Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 206 Colonial Way
Legal Description: lots 13 +14 Blk 7 Highland Park as recorded in
PB 4 PG 28 in Sanford Seminole County, FL
Zoning Classification: SR -1A
Rear Yard Setback Requirement: 20 ft
Present Setback: 17 ft
Variance Needed: 3 ft
The planned use of the property is to have a bedroom addition on
the existing Single family residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
