The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Session in the City
• Commission Chambers of the City Hall at 11:30 A.M. on April 23, 1998.
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman

The meeting was called to order at 11:45 A.M. by the Chairman Larry Blair.

I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the
ID Zoning Ordinance.

Traffords Map of the Town of Sanford, According to the plat thereof, as recorded in Sanford PB 1
Pgs 56 -64, of the Seminole County, Florida
Zoning Classification: SR -1
Rear Yard Setback Requirement: 2 ft
Present Setback: 1 ft
Variance Needed: lft
The planned use of the property is to erect an Cabana addition to a Single family residence.
