• The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Session in the City
Commission Chambers of the City Hall at 11:30 A.M. on January 22, 1998.
Members Present: Sylvia Smith, Co- Chairman
Karl Stairs
Carol Dennison
Members Absent: Henry Sweet
Larry Blair
Others Present: Dan Florian, Acting Building Official
Arlene Rumbley, Secretary
The meeting was called to order at 11:35 A.M. by the Co - Chairman Sylvia Smith.

• I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the
Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 1318 Persimmon Av..
Legal Description: The East 125.0 ft of Lot 16 Less the north 398.70 ft thereof map of Robinson's
Survey of addition to Sanford, as recorded in PB 2, PG 92. Public Records of Semiole County, FL.
Zoning Classification:
Front Yard Setback Requirement: 25 ft
Present Setback: 19 ft
Variance Needed: 7ft
The planned use of the property is to replace porch with screen enclosure to a Single family
residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
