HomeMy WebLinkAbout06261997 min • MINUTES The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at 11:30 A.M. on June 26, 1997 Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman Sylvia Smith Carol Dennison Henry Sweet Member Absent: Karl Stairs, excused Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official Arlene Rumbley, Secretary The meeting was called to order at 11:50 A.M. by the Co Chairman Sylvia Smith. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 • Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 2819 S. Magnolia Av. Legal Description: Lots 5 & 6, 2nd Addn to Park View as recorded PB 4 PG 5 as recorded in Sanford, Seminole County. Zoning Classification: SR -1 Side Yard Setback Requirement: 7.5 ft Present Setback: .07 ft Variance Needed: 6.9 The planned use of the property is for a existing room addition in a Single family residence.
