The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at
11:30 A.M. on February 14, 1997
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman
Karl Stairs
Carol Dennison
Member Absent: Sylvia Smith,excused
Karl Stairs, unexcused
Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official
Arlene Rumbley, Secretary
The meeting was called to order at 11:50 A.M. by the Chairman
Larry Blair.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 1605 Southwest Rd.
Legal Description: Pt Lot 1 Blk B desc as Beg 184.28 ft S + 25 ft
W of Int Cen of 16th + Roosevelt Av run N 53 Deg 45 min 30 sec W
123.02 ft S 36 deg 14 min 30 sec W
Zoning Classification: SR -1A
Both Side Yard Setback Requirement: 7.5 ft
Present Setback: 5 ft
Variance Needed: 2.5 ft
The planned use of the property is to erect a Single family
residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
