Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 708 Palmetto Av.
Legal Description: S 32' of Lot 3 and the N 8' of Lot 4 , Blk 9 Tr
• 2 City of Sanford, PB 1 PGs 56-64, as recorded in Sanford, Seminole
County, Florida.
Zoning Classification: SR -1
Side Yard Setback Requirement: (Both) 7.5'
Present Setback: 6.35'
Variance Needed: 1.15'
The planned use of the property is to move existing single family
residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Campbell was present to represent the request.
Ms. Smith made a motion to approve the request to allow a 1.15'
side (both) yard. Mrs. Dennison seconded.
