• The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at
11:30 A.M. on November 8, 1996.
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman
Sylvia Smith
Carol Dennison
Henry Sweet
Member Absent: Karl Stairs, unexcused
Others Present: Mary Muse, Secretary
Arlene Rumbley, Secretary
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 1601 Sanford Av.
• Legal Description: Parts of Lots 5,6,and 7 San Lanta to PB 3 PB 80
thereof as recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida.
Zoning Classification: SR1 -A
Side Yard - 10 foot
Present : - 7.59'
Variance Needed: 2.41'
The planned use of the property to make existing single family
residence a lawfully existing non - conformity structure.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Ms. Smith made a motion to approve the requests. Ms. Dennison
seconded.
