• The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at
11:30 A.M. on July 12, 1996.
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman
Carol Dennison
Karl Stairs
Member Absent: Sylvia Smith, excused
Henry Sweet, excused
Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official
Arlene Rumbley, Secretary
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 103 W. 30th St.
• Legal Description: Lot 26, South Pinecrest 1st Addn PB 10 PG 43 of
the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
Zoning Classification: SR -1
Fronte Yard Setback Requirement: 25 feet street side
Present Setback: 16 feet
Variance Needed: 9 feet
The planned use of the property is to extend existing porch.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Stairs made a motion to approve the request to allow a 9 ft.
front yard. Mrs. Dennison seconded.
