411 The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at
11:30 A.M. on June 28, 1996.
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman

Karl Stairs

Henry Sweet
Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official
Arlene Rumbley, Secretary
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 223 W. 19th Street
Legal Description: Lots 112, 113 and the West 16.00' of Lot 114,
Sanford Heights Addition to Sanford thereof as recorded in the
• Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
Zoning Classification: SR1 -A
Side Front Yard: 25 foot
Present : -0-
Variance Needed: 25'
The planned use o.4 the property is to install chain link fence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Jack Kaiser was present to represent the requests.
Ms. Smith made a motion to approve the requests. The fence is
already existing the surrounding neighbors have no objection.
