S The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at
11:30 A.M. on June 14, 1996.
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman
Sylvia Smith
Karl Stairs
Carol Dennison
Henry Sweet
Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official
Arlene Rumbley, Secretary
The following letter was submitted for consideration:
Board of Adjustment

Sanford, FL 32771
Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 198 Sir Lawrence Drive
Legal Description: Lot 87 Groveview Village PB 19 Pgs 4 -6 thereof
• as recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
Zoning Classification: SR -1
Front Yard: 25 foot
Present : 15.75
Variance Needed: 9.25
The planned use of the property is to erect a carport.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
Signed: Demetaio Sepulveda
Mr. Sepulveda submitted letters to the Board stating that neighbors
do not have any problems with the carport.
Ms. Smith made a motion to approve the request with the stipulation
that the carport never be enclosed. Mr. Stairs seconded.

Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
