MINUTES
The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at
11:30 A.M. on April 26, 1996.
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman

Member Absent: Henry Sweet,excused
Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official

Ms. Smith made a motion to approved the request amending the side
yard set back from required 7.5' to 4'. Ms. Dennison seconded the
motion.
