The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at
11:30 A.M. on March 8, 1996.
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman
Carol Dennison
Sylvia Smith
Henry Sweet
Members Absent: Karl Stairs, unexcused
Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official
Arlene Rumbley, Secretary
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
• Address: 1201 W. 2nd Street
Legal Description: North 1/2 of Lots 12 & 13 , Blk A, L.G.
Stringfellows Subd as recorded in the Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida.
Zoning Classification: MR -3
Front Yard Setback - 30'
Present Setback: 18'
Variance Needed: 12'
Rear Yard Setback - 20'
Present Setback: 10'
Variance Needed: 10'
Planned use of the property is to erect a single family residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Curtis Steward was present to represent the request. Mrs.
Dennison made a motion to approve the request with the stipulation
that the house to be flip. Mr. Sweet seconded.

requesting a variance in the Zoning ordinance.

Legal Description: The North 62' of the North 124' of the East 117
of Lot 2, Robinson's survey of an addition to Sanford as recored in
PB 1 PG'S 92 & 93 of the Public records of Seminole Co., Florida.

made a motion to approve the variance request with the stipulation
that they need to have a privacy fence medium of 6 ft high for
buffer between houses and not to project beyond side building side
of the residence adjacent to Cedar Avenue. Ms. Dennison seconded.
