The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at
11:30 A.M. on January 26, 1996.
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman
Sylvia Smith

Henry Sweet
Present: Mary Muse, Secretary

The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 2430 Willow Av.
• Legal Description: Lots 73 - 75 , Sanfo Park, Recorded in PB 5 PG 62
in the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
Zoning Classification: ROMI
Front Yard - 25'
Present : 20.6
Variance Needed: 4.6
The planned use of the property is to Install a Screen Room
