Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman Sylvia Smith Carol Dennison Karl Stairs Henry Sweet Present: Mary Muse, Secretary Arlene Rumbley, Secretary The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 2430 Willow Av. • Legal Description: Lots 73 - 75 , Sanfo Park, Recorded in PB 5 PG 62 in the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida. Zoning Classification: ROMI Front Yard - 25' Present : 20.6 Variance Needed: 4.6 The planned use of the property is to Install a Screen Room Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
