• The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at
11:30 A.M. on December 8, 1995.

Member Absent: Henry Sweet, excused
Others Present: Mary Muse, Secretary

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 2855 Empire Place
• Legal Description: Lot 31, Blk E, Woodmere Park, 2nd Replat of
Sanford as recorded in PB 113 PG 73 Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida.
Frontg t Classification:
Front
Present Setback: 20 feet
Variance Needed: 5 feet
The planned use of the property is to erect an room addition.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Ms. Sweeney was present to represent the request. Ms. Dennison
made a motion to approve the request to allow a 5ft. front side
yard. Ms.Smith seconded.
