The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at
11:30 A.M. on November 3, 1995.
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman
Sylvia Smith
Carol Dennison
Henry Sweet
Karl Stairs, excused
Others Present: Mary Muse, Secretary

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 1008 E. 7th Street
• Legal Description: E 1/2 of Lots 4 & 5 Blk 8 TR G TOWN OF SANFORD
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PB 1 PG 115 OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Zoning Classification: SR -1
Front Side Yard Setback Requirement: 25 feet Corner street side
Present Setback: 14.28 foot
Variance Needed: 10.72 feet
The planned use of the property is to erect a addition.

Sylvia Smith nominated Larry Blair of Chairman. Nominations closed.
Mr. Blair was re- elected as Chairman.
Sylvia Smith nominated Karl Stairs for Vice Chairman. Mr. Stairs
nominated Sylvia Smith for Vice Chairman. Mr. Stairs declined.
Nominations closed. Ms. Smith was elected for Vice Chairman.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
