The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at
11:30 A.M. on October 13, 1995.
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman
Sylvia Smith
Carol Dennison
Henry Sweet
Member Absent: Karl Stairs, unexcused
Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official
Arlene Rumbley, Secretary

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
• requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 407 Magnolia Av.
Legal Description: Lot 11 Bik 6 TR 2, Town of Sanford to PB 1 PB 63
thereof as recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida.
Zoning Classification: SC -3
Side Yard - 10 foot
Present : - 2 ft
Variance Needed: 8 ft
Accessory Bldg Setback : 5 ft
Present: 3 ft
Variance needed: 2 ft
The planned use of the property is to erect a inground pool

OTHER BUSINESS: Discussion on Procedures for termination of Board
Members. Appointments due to non - attendance at board meetings
The board united a ordinance for the City Commission to vote on
and the secretary of the board submit it to the commission.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
