The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at
11:30 A.M. on September 22, 1995.
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman
Sylvia Smith
Carol Dennison
Member Absent: Karl Stairs, unexcused
Henry Sweet, Mbexcused
Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official
Arlene Rumbley, Secretary

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
• Address: 1111 Magnolia Av. (AKA: 1109 Magnolia Av.)
Legal Description:Lots 7 + 8 + N 1/2 of Lot 9 Blk 13 TR 2 Town of
Sanford PB 1 PG 60 thereof as recorded in the Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida.
Zoning Classification: SR -1
Parcel width at building line: 50'foot
Present : 49.15
Variance Needed: .85
The planned use of the property is to Move a single family
residence on lot.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
