The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at
11:30 A.M. on August 25, 1995

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
• Address: 1407 W. 14th St.
Legal Description: LOT 8, Florida Land and Colonization Co. Ld's
Addn to South Sanford as recorded in the Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida.
Zoning Classification: MR -2
Parcel width at Bldg Line - 75'
Present - 60'
Variance Request - 15'
Lot Size - 7500 sq ft.
Present - 7200 sq ft.
Variance Request - 300 sq ft.
The planned use of the property is to erect a dulpex
