• The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at
11:30 A.M. on July 14, 1995.
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman
Sylvia Smith
Karl Stairs
Member Absent: Carol Dennision, excused
Henry Sweet, unexcused
Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official
Arlene Rumbley, Secretary

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 1306 W. 12th Street
• Legal Description: SW 1/4 of Blk 34,Robinson's Surveys Addn to
South Sanford, less the west 49.35' and less the the east 50.25'
thereof as recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida.
Zoning Classification: MR -2
Parcel width at building line: 60 foot
Present : 48.15
Variance Needed: 11.85
Other- Square feet of lot: 6000 feet
Present: 5,633.55
Variance needed: 366.45
The planned use o4r the property is to erect a single family
residence on lot.
