• The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at
11:30 A.M. on March 24, 1995.
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman
Sylvia Smith
Carol Dennison
Henry Sweet
Member Absent: Karl Stairs, excused
Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official
Arlene Rumbley, Secretary

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in
requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 108 Scott Drive
• Legal Description: LOT 49, BLK G, WASHINGTON OAKS SEC 1.PB 16, PG
8 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
Zoning Classification: SR -1
Side Yard Setback Requirement: 25 feet Corner street side
Present Setback: 18.6' foot
Variance Needed: 6.6 feet
The planned use of the property is to erect a addition.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
