Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
Signed: Robert A. Tango
Mr. John Baldwin the attorney for Mr. Tango was present to
represent the request. Mr. Baldwin advised the board that Mr.
Tango did not create this problem, it was a non - conforming lot when
sold to him in 1980. Mr. Baldwin submitted a copy of the survey
into evidence.
Present to speak in opposition was Lauren Swaggerty. Her property
is located at 113 W. 19th Street. She advised the board that Mr.
Tango was using the property in a SR -1A zone as a MR -2 zone. She
stated that in 1986 there was remodeling done to the downstairs and
she discovered there was no permits or inspections made. She stated
that she spoke with Mr. Joe Jarrell, the contractor who built the
garage. He informed her that there was one door and a dirt floor.
Mrs. Swaggerty submitted pictures, 2 letters and signed petition
