The Beard of Adjustment of the City of Sanford. Florida. met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall
at 11:30 A.M. on July 22, 1994.
Members Present: Larry Blair
Carol Dennison
Karl Stairs
Member Absent: Sylvia Smith. excused
Norval Angle, unexcused
Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official
Mary Muse, Secretary
The meeting was called to order at 11:35 A.M. by the Chairman.

Legal Description: Lot 126, San Lanta, 3rd Section, as recorded.
in PB 13 PG 73 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
Zoning Classification: SR-
Side Yard Setback Requirement: 25 feet- Street Side /7.5 feet
interior lot side
Present Setback: 20 feet /6.5 feet
Variance Needed: 5 feet /1 foot
The planned use of the property is to erect an addition to an
existing single- family residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
Signed: Harold Daniels
Mr. Daniels was present to represent the request. He submitted
letter signed by 3 neighbors stating they supported his request
and did not have any problems with the request.
Mr. Winn informed the board that he is not extending the addition
further than his existing house. The ordinance clanged in 198:8
which at that time did allow the street side to have a. 15 ft.
setback.
411 Mr. Stairs made a motion to approve the variance request. Mrs.
Dennison seconded.
