The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida. met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall
at 11:30 A.M. on July 8, 1994.
Members Present: Larry Blair
Sylvia Smith
Carol Dennison
Karl Stairs
Member Absent: Norval Angle, unexcused
Others Present: Gary Winn. Building official
The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman.

The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
• I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 218 Palm Place
Legal Description: Lot 20 P.LK A, Woodmere Park, 2nd Replat, as
recorded in PE 13 PG 73 of the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida.
Zoning Classification: SR -1
Front Yard Setback Requirement: 25 feet
Present Setback: 22.83 feet
Variance Needed: 2.17 feet
The planned use of the property is to erect an addition to an
existing single- family residence.
Any consideration given this request will he appreciated.
