Members Present: Larry Blair Carol Dennison Sylvia Smith Member Absent: Norval Angle - unexcused Karl Stairs - excused Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official Mary Muse, Secretary Toni Roberts, Community Block Grant Office The meeting was called to order at 11:37 A.M. by the Chairman, Larry Blair. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 • Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 1810 Redding Place Legal Description: Lot 3, Reddings Subd, as recorded in PB 8 PG 20 of the Public Records of Seminole County. Zoning Classification: MR -2 Front Yard Setback Requirement: 25 feet Present Setback: 20 feet Variance Needed: 5 feet Rear Yard Setback Requirement: 20 feet Present Setback: 17.6 feet Variance Needed: 2.6 feet The planned use of the property is to erect a single family residence. There was a house previously there which was demolished. Ms. Seymour has 4 or 5 sons with the oldest being 7 years old and needs a four bedroom house.
